Each Dainty Chaos Studio bookmark and book accessory is thoughtfully designed, created, and packaged by hand in Palm Springs, California. Because every item is handmade, small variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Processing Times
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and materials needed. Estimated timelines will be communicated before custom orders are started.
Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through USPS.
- Paper bookmarks and larger orders (including bulk chain bookmarks and accessories) will be packaged in a small box to help protect your items during transit.
- Small orders containing chain bookmarks or accessories may be shipped in a small mailer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Local Delivery
If you are located within the Coachella Valley, local hand delivery to your mailbox may be available for a $2 delivery fee.

Shipping Delays
Dainty Chaos Studio is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can help determine the best next step.
