Are your bookmarks handmade?
Yes! Every bookmark and book accessory is personally designed and handcrafted by me in Palm Springs, California. Each piece is made with care, making every order truly special.
How are your paper bookmarks made?
All paper bookmarks are individually hand-cut and laminated for durability. They measure approximately 2 x 6 inches, making them the perfect size for most books.
Where can I purchase your products?
You can shop anytime through my online store or purchase items in person at local markets and events. Upcoming events are always announced on Instagram: @daintychaosstudio.
Do you offer custom bookmarks or book accessories?
Absolutely! If you have a special idea in mind, I'd love to hear it. Please reach out through the Contact form on my website or send me a message on Instagram (@daintychaosstudio), and we can discuss creating something just for you.
How will my order be packaged?
- Paper bookmarks and bulk orders of chain bookmarks or accessories are carefully packaged in a small box to help protect them during shipping.
- Smaller orders of chain bookmarks and accessories are shipped in a protective bubble mailer.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking whenever available. You'll receive shipping information once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! If you're located in the Coachella Valley, I offer local mailbox delivery for $2.00. This option can be selected at checkout when available.
How long does it take to process my order?
Since every item is handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be created and packaged before it ships. Custom orders and larger orders may require additional time.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur. These small differences make every bookmark and accessory unique while maintaining the same quality and design.
What if my order arrives damaged or I have an issue?
If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible through the Contact page or Instagram. I'll do my best to make it right.
Local customers are promised free repairs for any chains or charms that may come loose over time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not possible. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out, and I'll try my best to help out.
