Custom orders can be requested through the website contact form or by messaging us on Instagram at @daintychaosstudio.

Custom Order Process

After receiving your request, we will discuss:

• Your preferred design, colors, theme, or inspiration
• Available materials and options
• Pricing
• Estimated completion timeline

A custom order will not begin until the design details and payment have been confirmed.

Design Changes

Because custom pieces are created specifically based on your request, please carefully review all design details before production begins.

Small adjustments may be possible before work begins. Once production has started, major design changes may not be possible.

Processing Time

Custom orders may take longer than ready-to-ship items. Estimated timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

A timeline estimate will be provided before your order begins.

Custom Order Payments & Final Sale Policy

Payment is required before custom orders are started.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless:

• The item arrives damaged, or
• There was an error made by Dainty Chaos Studio.
